ExpenseCube has both an iPhone and a Android mobile app which you can give to your workforce. They simply scan a receipt and we do all the rest for you. For your management team we have a very powerful web portal that allows you to approve and export your receipt data to other accounting systems.
Our expense management system has a free 14 day trial and then starts at £3.50 per employee per month. If you have more than 100 employees then please contact us about our enterprise pricing.
